Our Corporate Governance System complies with the principles of the Code of Corporate Governance of listed companies, ensuring proper control of the company and governing relations between stakeholders.
CODE OF ETHICS AND MODEL 231
Cellularline S.p.A. adopted the “Organisational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001” and appointed a Supervisory Body.
The Model contains a collection of behavioural protocols and a code of ethics which, relating to the part that concerns them, everyone who has contractual relations with Cellularline S.p.A. is obliged to be familiar with and comply with.
